Our Ginger is sourced from the farmers of Khasi Jaintia and Garo Hills. In an almost nomadic quality, each batch is planted in fresh locations that are specially prepared for it, giving them primed growing conditions. Cherry-picked roots from the previous harvest are planted, which then pass down only its very best traits.
