Organic Nature Valley’s cured vanilla beans come f rom the farmers of North Garo Hills who have mastered the art of artificial pollination over the years. The good grade raw vanilla beans are collected at the farmer cooperative’s collection centre where it cured carefully over the months through a process of blanching, sweating, drying and conditioning. They are stored in air tight containers for long term storage.
