Organic Nature Valley’s dried cocoa beans come f rom the farmers of West and South Garo Hills, who open the pods and give it to the common collection centre of the farmer cooperative. Their it is carefully fermented for 72 days with stirring at regular intervals and finally sun dried for 3 – 4 days to bring out quality cocoa beans. Majority of the beans come f rom Forastero variety.
